These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Formcast Fitness mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Formcast Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available on monthly and yearly terms, billed through your Apple ID. The current price and any introductory free-trial period are shown on the App Store listing and in the app before you confirm — that is the authoritative figure, and it may change over time.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If you start a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.

Health & AI disclaimer

Formcast Fitness provides fitness, nutrition, and "future self" content generated in part by artificial intelligence. This content is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not medical, health, or professional advice. AI-generated previews and estimates (including calorie and macro estimates) may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, and do not disregard professional medical advice because of anything in the App. You use the App and any plans it generates at your own risk.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process and store Your Content solely to operate the App's features for you (for example, generating future-self previews and analyzing food photos). You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit, and you agree not to submit content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services.
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users.
Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, or violates another person's privacy or rights.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in-app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formcast Fitness and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
